Professional Opinion & Expert Witness Service
The Guild of Builders and Contractors has arranged a professional opinion and expert witness service for its Corporate and Personal Members in conjunction with a panel of Chartered Surveyors and Structural Engineers.
Members wishing to use the service complete a Registration Form and provide copies of correspondence relevant to the dispute including any contracts or drawings. The Chartered Surveyor or Structural Engineer will review the material and meet the Member. At the meeting he will discuss the matter with the Member and indicate the possible courses of action and advise on future costs.
The cost of the initial consultation is £120.00 including VAT.
The Professional Opinion and Expert Witness Service have been arranged for Members of The Guild of Builders and Contractors as a benefit for them but The Guild of Builders and Contractors act only as an intermediary and accepts no responsibility for either information given by the Member or advice given by the solicitor or other persons
